- Interior designer engaged or in-house specification resource confirmed
Phase 2: Compliance Requirements

- CRIB 5 requirement confirmed for all upholstered pieces
- Fire risk assessment requirements reviewed with assessor or solicitor
- Insurance requirements reviewed — evidence of certification required?
