Thank you for shopping with Industrious Decor. This policy explains how and when we deliver your luxury furniture, whether you're a residential customer or a commercial/trade buyer.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Surcharges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote postcodes — these will be confirmed at checkout or by our team for larger orders.

Delivery Timeframes

  • CRIB 5 in-stock items (sofas, accent chairs, dining chairs, bar stools, footstools, Cloud Bed): dispatched within 1–3 working days
  • Standard residential items: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
  • Made-to-order items: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation
  • Bespoke/custom pieces: timeframe confirmed at time of order

You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Commercial & Contract Orders
For hotel, serviced apartment, restaurant, care home and BTR projects, we offer coordinated delivery scheduling for multi-unit and multi-site orders. CRIB 5 certification documentation is supplied with every commercial order as standard. Contact our trade team at trade@industriousdecor.com to discuss project timelines, volume pricing and delivery logistics.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL for Gulf and European hospitality projects. For an international shipping quote, contact us at trade@industriousdecor.com with your delivery address and order details.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain threshold.

Delivery Process
Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required for high-value items.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at info@industriousdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
