1. Right to Cancel – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
To report a fault or damage:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, or within 30 days for faulty items
- Provide a description of the issue and photographs if possible
- We will cover the cost of collection and replacement if the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged
