Fast, Fire-Certified, Made in Britain — Our New 2-Week Contract Range
Anyone who has run a hospitality, workspace, or public-sector fit-out knows the feeling: the design is signed off, the budget is approved, the opening date is fixed — and then the furniture quote comes back with a twelve-week lead time.
That gap between "ready to go" and "actually arrives" is one of the most common reasons fit-out projects slip. So we've built a range that closes it.
Two weeks, start to finish
Every piece in this new range is made to order in the UK in two weeks. Not from stock, not a generic off-the-shelf model — genuinely bespoke seating, built to your specification, in your chosen fabric, ready faster than almost anything else on the contract market.
Every piece carries full CRIB 5 fire certification, with documentation supplied as standard. The difference is simply how quickly it can be in your venue.
The range
Fenwick brings a softer, more residential feel to commercial spaces, with a channel-tufted back and clean track arms. At home in hotel receptions, members' clubs, co-working breakout areas, and boarding school common rooms.
Bramwell has a relaxed, diamond-quilted back and square track arms — a comfortable, tailored look for student accommodation, halls of residence, hotel bedrooms, and shared living spaces.
Wentworth is the statement piece: a rounded, channel-tufted barrel back with curved wraparound arms. Built for hotel lobbies, executive lounges, members' clubs, and premium hospitality spaces that want a genuine focal point. Available as a loveseat, 2-seater, and 3-seater.
Shoreditch is clean and modern, with square track arms and deep box-back cushions on tapered metal legs — a practical, considered choice for office breakout areas, co-working lounges, and meeting room pre-spaces.
Janus is the workhorse of the range: a clean, boxy silhouette with plain back cushions and slim tapered chrome legs, built for spaces in constant use — fire stations, emergency services facilities, public sector buildings, and staff rest areas.
Each is available as an armchair (or loveseat, in Wentworth's case), 2-seater, and 3-seater.
What CRIB 5 actually means for your project
CRIB 5 (BS 5852 ignition source 5) is the fire safety standard required for furniture in commercial and public-facing spaces — hotels, offices, leisure venues, healthcare, education, and public sector buildings. If you're specifying furniture for any of these environments, CRIB 5 compliance isn't optional, and the paperwork needs to be in order before the piece ever reaches site.
Every piece in this range is built to meet that standard from the outset, so there's no separate certification process to chase up and no delay while documentation catches up with delivery.
Built for the day-to-day reality of commercial use
Fast turnaround only matters if the furniture holds up once it's in place. Every fabric in this range is contract-grade, tested to a minimum of 50,000 Martindale rubs — well above the threshold typically required for heavy commercial use — with some weaves rated to 45,000 rubs and beyond.
The fabrics are also finished with a low-impact, halogen-free fire-retardant treatment, so fire performance doesn't come at the cost of finish, handle, or longer-term sustainability.
A fabric for every brief
The range is available in a choice of weaves and velvets — a wool-effect flat weave, matte and distressed velvets, a soft cotton-look weave, a textured needlecord velvet, and a flat-woven chenille (including the deep green-grey Battleship colourway shown on Janus) — alongside three faux leather finishes in black, brown and grey for high-traffic areas needing an easy-clean surface.
