Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses.

International Shipping

For international shipping quotes, please contact us at info@industriousdecor.com with your delivery address and order details.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard items: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
• Made-to-order items: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation
• Bespoke/custom pieces: Timeframe confirmed at time of order

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain threshold.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as signature may be required for high-value items.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at info@industriousdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
