The Westbury features flag-stitched turning handles, making it easier for housekeeping teams to turn the mattress, together with four breather vents to assist ventilation. The mattress is finished with tufting to provide a decorative appearance and high-loft cushioning for additional comfort.
Anti-Bed Bug Treated Fabric
The Westbury has been specifically designed for the hotel and contract market and features a durable, breathable, anti-bed bug treated ticking.
The supplier states that the treatment is applied to the mattress ticking to provide high-performance bug protection and is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 approved. The treatment is described as odourless and skin-safe.
Crib 5 Fire Retardancy
All mattresses and divan bases in the range are fully compliant with BS 7177 (Medium Hazard) Crib 5 fire-retardancy standards for hotel and contract use.
This makes the Westbury suitable for commercial accommodation and contract applications where Medium Hazard Crib 5 fire-retardancy compliance is required.
Zip & Link / Velcro & Link
For greater flexibility within hotel and guest accommodation, the Westbury can be supplied with zip & link functionality.
This allows two mattresses to be joined together to create a double bed from twin mattresses, or separated again when required.
Velcro & link is also available as an alternative option.
